About Us

The Global Pak Kashmir Supreme Council (GPKSC) is a humanitarian organisation established in 2016 with the core mission of promoting human rights, justice, peace, and equality across the globe. As a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organisation, GPKSC maintains full independence in its work, advocating for all oppressed people regardless of race, religion, or nationality.

GPKSC was co-founded by two distinguished individuals:
•Mr. Kala Khan, a highly respected UK-based lawyer.
•Mr. Raja Sikander Khan, a well-known businessman and tireless community advocate.

While the Council was officially founded in 2016, its founding members have been involved in community development and global human rights advocacy for over four decades. Their longstanding commitment to justice and humanity has laid the foundation for GPKSC’s far-reaching and effective work.

GPKSC is now recognised as a globally operating organisation, with office bearers and members across multiple continents. These members are unified in their commitment to defending the rights of the persecuted, uplifting communities, and working for peace.
